Circuit training class that will have you climbing, crawling, lifting and jumping. Boot Camp class will help improve your agility, endurance and strength. An excellent class to keep you motivated, challenge yourself and burn those calories. p>

Open Box is when any member can come and do any workout they desire. You can complete a WOD, do olympic lifting, or anything you want. We will be on hand to help you with new lifts, correct technique, or answer any of your questions. A trainer will be available to assist you; however, this is not a personal training session.

Duration: 4 weeks

This program is designed to prepared all new clients for CrossFit. The program is 4 weeks long. After completing the On Ramp program you can participate in CrossFit classes.

  • Foundation Classes: 3 classes: Foundation I, II and III. The classes are booked directly with Coach Andrea and every session has a maximum of 3 people.
  • Burn Class: up to 2 times per week
After 4 weeks of Burn and Foundation I, II, e III classes you will be prepared and ready to participate in CrossFit classes.
The annual subscription (Iscrizione Annuale) is excluded and it is paid with the next month.

Introductory course that teaches the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit that are frequently used during WODs (Workout of the Day).Foundation Classes also teach the language of CrossFit, meaning all the acronyms, the benchmark workouts, and the significance of Hero WODs.Foundation I, II, e III are pre-requisite courses for CrossFit classes and all three must be completed for before entering a CrossFit class unless you have been approved by the trainer to enter a CrossFit class based on your CrossFit experience.
